Go to the shopThis 30 day 3 phase program focuses on giving the foundation to long term success. It begins with identifying the purpose of the individual as well as the weaknesses in order to start building a plan towards the future. This plan is based on nutrition, exercise, mental, spiritual & emotional practices.
Beginner
The Beginner plan includes basic workouts tips as well as weekly text messages for motivation. A book will be recommended monthly.
Intermediate
The Intermediate plan includes special workouts, a weekly motivation text, a recommended book once per month as well as a gratitude journal. The Intermediate plan offers a daily schedule composition that is unique to the individual.
Advanced
The Advanced plan includes all of the benefits of the beginner and intermediate plan plus a once a week meeting via video call to determine direction. On week 3 the individual will be added into the Advanced Group on week 3 of the monthly subscription.
